Around the time of Thanksgiving in 2019, a Tamil School Food Drive was opened to collect food and donate it to nearby charities. We know many homeless people are unable to access or buy a standard amount of food, and in order to help these people we collected and donated over a 105 pounds of food! And this donation meant all the more since it was done right before Thanksgiving, which allows homeless people to enjoy a full meal on Thanksgiving.
